★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El "único detalle" que tiene Oxxo, en todas sus tiendas, es una deficiente atención al cliente. Tienen tantas tiendas, que no logran captar al personal adecuado para un inmejorable servicio. Amén de que cuando quieres hacer alguna transacción monetaria, te lo hacen muy difícil con algún pretexto. Y si quieres pagar con dólares, siempre hay problema...
The "only detail" that Oxxo has, in all its stores, is poor customer service. They have so many stores, that they do not manage to attract the right personnel for an unbeatable service.
