OXXO Cosver VER - 95412 San Francisco

I have a complaint from the staff that works at Oxxo on October 28, 2021. At 11 AM I made a withdrawal and I only asked the cashier for 1000 pesos and he put 2000 pesos on the system and I told him why he would put that amount and he replied that the system requested it if I only wanted 1000 pesos and he only gave me 1000 pesos so I checked in my electronic bank and it turns out that he kept 1000 pesos because the withdrawal was 2000 pesos that he made. The truth is that it is not right that there that type of people in the oxxo porke one is passing through and they know that it is passing through and they do not return so they do it and they will continue to do so. Hopefully my opinion I left them an experience and I reached the ears of the owner of Oxxo and I am going to go and claim my money, if someone can provide me with the telephone number of that Oxxo I would appreciate it very much

They lack training in customer service. They weren't rude or anything but the guard is bad mannered.
