★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es pesima, el peor servicio que he recibido en un Oxxo, en tres ocasiones distintas pagando con un billete de 200 un consumo de casi $100 no han tenido cambio; no pudiendo realizar la compra claro, el dependiente solo me señaló el teléfono de quejas como si fuera lo más común para él. Si no les gusta atender a los clientes y ganar dinero no me explico para que ponen este tipo de negocio... Otro punto es que en repetidas ocasiones lo he encontrado cerrado y otras tantas he visto que el piso está muy sucio a la entrada. Mi recomendación ¡No entren a este sitio! Si no quieren además ser tratados despoticamente por el dependiente pues pareciera que entra uno a pedir limosna. Triste pero hay personas que no saben cómo se atiende a un cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le doy una estrella porque no le puedo dar menos, pero es el peor Oxxo que he pisado, el café capuchino son pura agua, lo cambie por chocolate abuelita y lo mismo, hice que me lo cambiaran y le movieran a sus bolsas y estaban súper sucias, compre un jugo del Valle y estaba caducado y todavía se atreven a contestarte mal y con malas caras en lugar de checar su mercancía y pedir una disculpa, pero nada se eso se enojaron, revise sus jugos y todos caducados, no me querían entregar mi ticket para meter queja hasta que les reclamé ya lo hicieron en el momento eso está muy mal. Espero que alguien cheque esa tienda.
