★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que pésimo servicio. Yo no entiendo que hacen las empleadas de este establecimiento, si no tienen actitud oAra estar al frente que no se alquilen para atender. Y a los dueños de esta sucursal una llamada de atención porque sino bastantes los que ya preferimos ir a otros establecimientos, el que tiene tienda que la atienda y la atienda bien.
What a lousy service. I do not understand what the employees of this establishment do, if they do not have an attitude or to be in charge that they are not rented to attend. And to the owners of this branch a wake-up call because if not enough of us who already prefer to go to other establishments, the one that has a store that attends it and takes care of it well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La persona encargada de nombre Cesilia que se siente la dueña no sabe de negocios, llegan los proveedores y les regresa el producto reduciendo las ventas, y haciendo que tenga uno que recorrer distancias para poder comprar los que necesitamos o que queremos consumir, en mi caso las botanas Lolys , la he visto diciendo al repartidor que solo le deje 2 o 3 piezas de tal o cual producto y despues en 1 o 2 dias ya no hay producto y si se le pregunta que si tiene, su respuesta es" NO viene el repartidor" de ese producto.
Esa mujer esta amargada y es una inepta para el negocio , deverian de quitarla de ahí no sabe ni tratar a los clientes.
NO PUEDO DAR MENOS ESTELLAS, le pondría 100 menos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eviten llegar a este oxxo a toda costa... las dependientas estan emocionalmente inestables y se desquitan con los clientes a gritos y maltratos.....
En resumen.. fui a llevar mis garrafones de agua bonafont y la encargada Cecilia Gutierrez me empezo a gritar y a decir que no me los iba a aceptar porque uno traia un talloncito negro y decir que era una mentirosa que ahi no lo habia comprado yo, ya que ella era la DUEÑA de esa sucursal y jamas venderia un garrafon asi. Para lo que empece a agarrar los garrafones que ahi tenian y a demostrarle como cada uno tenia tallones manchas y golpes. Ademas le señale que no habia letrero alguno donde estuvieran estipulados estos puntos de advertencia para el cliente.
Si fuera posible pondria menos 10 estrellas.

In summary .. I went to take my jugs of bonafont water and the manager Cecilia Gutierrez began to yell at me and say that she was not going to accept them because one of them brought a little black stem and said that it was a liar that I had not bought there, since she was the OWNER of that branch and she would never sell such a jug. For what I started to grab the jugs that they had there and to show him how each one had stains and bumps. In addition, I pointed out that there was no sign where these warning points were stipulated for the client.
