Muy poco surtido, ademas que de siempre cierran las puertas antes de las 22:00 y ya no quieren atender.

pesimo servicio no atienden ya despues de las 9, cierran y siempre dicen que no quieren antender por que tienen sueño o luego estan acostados dormidos .. hay veces que asta alos proveedores dejan afuera y ni porque les gritemos habren y cuando te atienden te cobran demas y nunca dan tikets porque dicen que no es su obligacion
Terrible service they do not attend after 9 o'clock, they close and always say that they do not want to listen because they are sleepy or then they are lying asleep .. there are times that even the providers leave them out and not even because we yell at them they will open and when they attend to you they charge you too much and they never give tickets because they say it is not their obligation

Al personal le es fácil ofender y señalar sin fundamento de que los clientes roban, al demostrar que ellos están en error no pueden ni tienen la educación de al menos disculparse , es difamar sin sentido sin razón. Hay mejores maneras de tratar al cliente. Ofender es fácil educar pareciera que no.
It is easy for staff to offend and baselessly point out that customers steal, by showing that they are in error they cannot and do not have the education to at least apologize, is meaningless defamation without reason. There are better ways to treat the customer. Offending is easy to educate, it seems like not.
