★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy malo en atención al cliente tanto que las empleadas nos dijeron "que si no nos gustaba la atención nos fuéramos a otra parte " después de esperar en la fila mucho por que estaban haciendo el corte y no podían atendernos (solo había dos empleadas y estaba una fila de personas).
Very bad in customer service so much so that the employees told us "if we did not like the attention we would go elsewhere" after waiting in line for a long time because they were making the cut and they could not attend us (there were only two employees and I was a row of people).

Poor Oxxo, very bad attitude. There is NEVER ice, it is always unsupplied and many things are missing, the shelves are at 30% capacity

Of the worst they always close the commission agents they are worth and they fit you reluctantly if they do not want to take care of an oxxo leave to someone more than if of the service that deserves the greetings.

The people who were there before went to another oxxo the one that is in harmony. And since then this oxxo eye of water is clean assortment they make excellent care deposits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No saben hacer cancelaciones y reinician la computadora. Te quieren dar feria de menos y se enojan si les reclamas. Las cajeras no saben hablar y todo lo dicen entre dientes sin argumentos ni explicaciones. Una vez otro cliente me dijo que este es "el peor Oxxo de MTY" y tenía toda la razón.
EL PEOR OXXO DE MTY!
They do not know how to cancel and restart the computer. They want to give you less fair and they get angry if you claim them. The tellers do not know how to speak and they say everything under their breath without arguments or explanations. Once another client told me that this is "the worst Oxxo on MTY" and he was absolutely right.
