★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve una mala experiencia en este Oxxo, compré unos nachos con queso y cuando los comencé a comer me percaté que estaban caducados desde MAYO (5 meses atrás) por lo cual me regrese a ver si podían cambiarme el producto y uno de sus trabajadores (joven moreno gordito) se acercó bastante agresivo diciendo “ya regrésale sus $20”... mi problema no es el dinero que costo el producto si no la agresividad del personal y en segundo las condiciones del producto, creo yo que simplemente seleccionar mejor su personal sería la respuesta así fácilmente responderia por el producto en malas condiciones.
I had a bad experience in this Oxxo, I bought some nachos with cheese and when I started eating them I realized that they were expired since MAY (5 months ago) so I returned to see if they could change the product and one of their workers (young chubby brunette) approached quite aggressively saying "return your $ 20" ... my problem is not the money that cost the product but the aggressiveness of the staff and secondly the conditions of the product, I think that simply selecting your staff better would be The answer thus easily would answer for the product in poor condition.
