Nunca tienen dinero cuando quieres sacar y es un servicio que ofrecen....todo depende del humor de una gorda que se la pasa comiendo tortas y flautas y se chupa sus deditos antes de atenderte ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre tienen productos caducados.. hoy es la sexta o séptima vez que compro leche caducada. Siempre me la han cambiado sin problema salvo una vez que me tocó una persona que se puso de malas. Lo bueno que tienen es la ubicación, siempre queda de paso y no suele haber mucha gente.
They always have expired products .. today is the sixth or seventh time I buy expired milk. I have always been changed without problem except once I touched a person who got bad. The good thing is that the location is always there and there are usually not many people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bien ubicado y servicio constante. Se les acaban cosas rápidamente pero en mi experiencia siempre abastecen igual de rápido. El único problema que sí he tenido mucho es fallas en los terminales ya sea porque está lloviendo o la de AMEX de plano no funciona.
Well located and constant service. They run out of things quickly but in my experience they always supply just as quickly. The only problem I have had a lot is terminal failures either because it is raining or the flat AMEX does not work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La señorita que atendió el día de hoy 05/23/2022 12:15pm tiene una actitud terrible para todo lo que le pedí su respuesta fue NO SE PUEDE le pedí pagar con efectivo y fue un rotundo NO SE PUEDE es increíble, me fui y literalmente me tarde menos de dos minutos en regresar ya que un producto venía abierto y ya encontré la tienda cerrada y su compañera solo respondía que la que atendía estaba en el baño, llegaron más personas y nadie podía entrar a hacer sus compras. Por más de 20 minutos la tienda totalmente cerrada y esta señora que intentaba contener a los clientes diciendo que su compañera que atiende estaba en el baño yo le expliqué varias veces que lo único que buscaba ERA que me cambie el producto a lo cual ella respondió que ella no sabe nada de la tienda y claramente se podía ver que tenía su playera OXXO, cómo es que ella no podía apoyarnos o atender? Cambien la actitud por favor sean amables sean respetuosos. TERRIBLE
The lady who attended today 05/23/2022 12:15 pm has a terrible attitude for everything I asked her, her answer was YOU CAN'T I asked her to pay with cash and it was a resounding YOU CAN'T it's incredible, I left and It literally took me less than two minutes to return since a product was open and I already found the store closed and his colleague only replied that the attendant was in the bathroom, more people arrived and no one could enter to do their shopping. For more than 20 minutes the store was completely closed and this lady who was trying to contain the customers by saying that her colleague who attends was in the bathroom, I explained to her several times that the only thing I was looking for WAS to change the product to which she replied that she doesn't know anything about the store and you could clearly see that she had her OXXO shirt on, how come she couldn't support us or serve us? Change the attitude please be kind be respectful. TERRIBLE
