★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy acudí a este oxxo a poner una recarga telefónica Telcel de 200 pesos y el señor que me atendió primero se equivocó de número pues no coincidía y después lo corrigió pero nunca me llegó mi recarga. ? No se si se queden con el dinero y hagan la recarga ficticia, pero que mal ?

Por lo general cuentan con gran variedad de productos. Los servicios para pagar generalmente pasan sin problemas y casi nunca hay gente en la fila para esperar.

ON JANUARY 19, 2022 AT THE EDGE OF 8 PM, AN EMPLOYEE AT OXXO ALGARÍN ACCUSED ME OF STEALING PRODUCTS FROM THE STORE, WITHOUT CARING ABOUT ACCUSING ME WITHOUT PROOF...
...HE THREATENED ME TO CALL THE POLICE, AND I SAID YES; HE DIDN'T DO IT AND JUST SAID HE WAS SORRY.
TALK TO THE OXXO CUSTOMER SERVICE # TO FILE A REPORT, AND IT'S TIME THAT I DON'T KNOW THEY HAVE COMMUNICATED WITH ME DESPITE HAVING ALREADY CALLED 3 TIMES TO FOLLOW UP ON MY REPORT!
IT IS NOT FAIR THAT IN FRONT OF NEIGHBORS AND OTHER PEOPLE AN EMPLOYEE RAISES SUCH A SERIOUS ACCUSATION AND THE OXXO CHAIN IGNORS MY REPORT!
HOPEFULLY BY THIS MEANS THEY TAKE LETTERS ON THIS MATTER
