Hace aproximadamente 30 minutos acudí a la sucursal Oxxo que se encuentra sobre avenida Molière, Y al momento de efectuar mi compra el personal que se encontraba en ese momento que por cierto no me quiso dar su nombre y me argumento que no tenía cambio solicitándome un poco de cambio para poder realizar el cobro.
Desafortunadamente no contaba con él en ese momento y me contesta muy altanera mente que hacia Que no tenía cambio y así negándome la compra
No obstante de todo esto al darme la vuelta disgustado si por la actitud de el personal de la sucursal me contesta tras la espalda muy altanera mente argumentando QUE NO ES BANCO!! Entonces me regresé para solicitarle su nombre y avisarle que lo iba a reportar y nuevamente de una manera muy altanera me Contestó que lo reportara para que ahí me dijeran
Es la primera vez que recibo un trato tan negligente de una persona que se supone que está capacitada para dar servicio al cliente y dejo este comentario con toda la intención de quien lo vea y busque realizar una compra por la zona no acuda ahí

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues fui por un jugo y la sra Gabriela es la única alta blanquita de ahy me dijo no tengo tengo cambio y le dije pues es de a 50 pesos y me dijo no tengo cambio y le dije dame tu nombre y me empezó a insultar y a decir pues si quieres reportando a ver si ya me traen cambio , me vale si me corren y quiero que la cambien .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace media hora pasé a comprar una bebida.,la cual en el refrigerador tiene un precio y ya q me la cobraron me cobraban 50 centavos mas.,y lo "redondearon" sin preguntarme.,al momento de q me di cuenta y le reclamara dicha accion a la señora q en ese momento atendía,me dice q que mala honda soy por no querer regalar esos 50 centavos....y con su horrible actitud altanera e irrespetuosa me dice que entonces deje el producto....si bien no es mucho el dinero que quería q redondeara.,se trata de la accion poco profecional que tienen y lo majadera ue fue.,si se me hubiera avisado con anticipacion tal vez lo hubiera hecho ...esa es mi decicion y no veo por qie ellos se toman el derecho de hacer eso con dinero que no es suyo...y ahun asi despues de no querer darme mi cambio como era me avienta un peso q por q entonces ella me daba esos 50 centavos.....si quisiera que se les hablara un poco de que es la stencion al cliente y ojala lo entiendan ....si yo voy por un servicio no a pedir limosnas ni a ser ofendida de ninguna manera

Lo bueno es que respetan la distancia entre clientes y las cajeras piden que se separen los clientes.
