★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, Fui a realizar un retiro de dinero con mi tarjeta de Bancomer, puse la firma electrónica y la terminal de ellos fallo para completar la transacción. Les estoy demostrando que mi banco aceptó el cargo pero no me dan mi dinero y tampoco me reversan la transacción porque según ellos no la pueden ver en su sistema. Que tengo que esperar hasta el lunes (porque hoy es sábado) y les tengo que llevar mi estado de cuenta impreso donde se vea la transacción para que su personal de sistemas intente hacer algo. Esta información me la dieron la tercera vez que me hicieron regresar a la tienda para ver qué podían hacer para solucionar el tema. No entiendo porque ofrecen servicios si no pueden solucionar este tipo de problemas. Y lo peor es que no puedo hacer uso de mi dinero porque el banco refleja el cargo y ellos no me entregan el efectivo que me retiraron.
Terrible, I went to make a withdrawal with my Bancomer card, I put the electronic signature and their terminal failed to complete the transaction. I am showing them that my bank accepted the charge but they do not give me my money nor do they reverse the transaction because according to them they cannot see it in their system. That I have to wait until Monday (because today is Saturday) and I have to bring them my printed account statement where the transaction is seen so that their systems personnel try to do something. This information was given to me the third time they made me return to the store to see what they could do to solve the issue. I do not understand why they offer services if they cannot solve this type of problem. And the worst thing is that I can't use my money because the bank reflects the charge and they don't give me the cash that was withdrawn from me.
