1.- Los baños cobran, venimos por carretera de cuota, surtimos gasolina se supone que los baños deben ser un servicio gratuito por ser cliente y nada para entrar te cobran.
2.- No cumplen su publicidad, había un cartel con promoción por surtir gasolina, te daban un cupón. El cuál la señorita mencionó no tenían, dándonos otro para comprar en tienda oxxo. Cuando mencionamos que deberían quitar el anuncio o cumplir las promociones dijo que ese no era su problema, con mala actitud.
Por lo tanto no recomie do gasolineras oxxo, o será mi última opción. Ojalá mejoren.
Terrible service
1.- The bathrooms charge, we come by toll road, we supply gasoline, the bathrooms are supposed to be a free service for being a customer and they charge you nothing to enter.
2.- They do not fulfill their advertising, there was a poster with a promotion for dispensing gasoline, they gave you a coupon. Which the lady mentioned they did not have, giving us another to buy in the oxxo store. When we mentioned that they should remove the ad or fulfill the promotions, he said that was not his problem, with a bad attitude.
Therefore I do not recommend oxxo gas stations, or it will be my last option. Hopefully they improve.
