★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Intenté comprar una bebida que previamente he comprado en otros Oxxo a $12.00 pesos y que además en el refrigerador había un letrero que costaba esa misma cantidad, y el cajero al momento del cobro me dijo que costaba $16.50 lo que se me hace un robo por parte de la tienda y el personal. Cómo consumidor tengo derecho a un cobro justo y a no soportar que me cobren lo que les venga en gana. Cómo siempre la compañía no hace nada para remediar estás conductas.
I tried to buy a drink that I previously bought in other Oxxo for $ 12.00 pesos and that in the refrigerator there was a sign that cost that same amount, and the cashier at the time of collection told me that it cost $ 16.50 which makes me robbery by from the store and the staff. As a consumer, I have the right to a fair charge and not to bear being charged whatever they want. How always the company does nothing to remedy these behaviors.
