★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hay algunos empleados que llegan a ser groseros, no responden cuando les das gracias, hacen mal gesto si les das un billete, o andan con mala actitud. Deberían ser mas selectivos a la hora de contratar a sus empleados, porque no todas las personas son aptas para el servicio al cliente. Lo que provocan es que no den ganas de ir a comprar ahí.
There are some employees who become rude, they do not respond when you give them thanks, they make a bad gesture if you give them a ticket, or they walk with a bad attitude. They should be more selective when hiring their employees, because not all people are suitable for customer service. What they cause is that they do not want to go shopping there.

Terrible service. They should change the staff as they are giving the OXXO a bad name. Very rude and bitter ladies.
