★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entiendo lo difícil que es trabajar en esta cadena en base a comentarios de ex empleados y en videos de Internet, pero de igual forma deben entender que no es culpa de los clientes que no estén a gusto con su trabajo o las condiciones laborales, tampoco que los obliguemos a están donde no quieren, pero en ocasiones uno trata de ser amable y responden de manera déspota, altanera, irrespetuosa y eso ocasiona que como clientes uno les contesté igual, en realidad, no son los únicos en esas condiciones, hay trabajos peores, pero si les molesta tratar con personas, simplemente no trabajen en esa cadena tan exploradora.
I understand how difficult it is to work in this chain based on comments from former employees and on Internet videos, but in the same way they must understand that it is not the fault of the clients that they are not comfortable with their work or working conditions, nor that We force them to be where they don't want to, but sometimes one tries to be kind and they respond in a despotic, haughty, disrespectful way and that causes that as clients one I answered them the same, in reality, they are not the only ones in those conditions, there are worse jobs But if dealing with people bothers you, just don't work on that scouting chain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, retiro piden INE o Licencia para retirar, pero como mi licencia no es del estado no me lo hacen que solo con INE.
Cada ves menos atención al servicio y si no aceptarán Licencia debería indicarse en todos los Oxxos de la República, ya que al parecer es solo lo que el cajero decida.
Terrible service, withdrawal they ask INE or License to withdraw, but since my license is not from the state, they do not do it to me only with INE.
Each time less attention to the service and if they will not accept a License, it should be indicated in all the Oxxos of the Republic, since apparently it is only what the cashier decides.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si quieres ver un Oxxo diferente ven y conócelo, aquí tienes lo mismo de todos, pero tiene un plus de una isla de comida rápida, si comida!!!, Querés un burrito, una torta, un taquito de guisado, pues aquí lo encuentras calientito, si andas por el rumbo de Chalco ven y pasa a degustar algún antojo que te dé, al ver una amplia variedad de comidas rápidas. Muy buen provecho
