Somos la primer cadena de tiendas de formato pequeño que a lo largo de 30 años de experiencia, ha logrado satisfacer las necesidades cotidianas de nuestros clientes, con establecimientos en la República Mexicana y Colombia.
Formamos parte de FEMSA, empresa creada por mexicanos, cuyo origen se remonta a 1890. FEMSA es una empresa líder que participa en la industria de bebidas operando Coca-Cola FEMSA, el embotellador público más grande de productos Coca-Cola en el mundo; y en el sector cervecero como el segundo accionista más importante de Heineken, una de las cerveceras líderes en el mundo con presencia en más de 70 países. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está sucio la mayor parte del tiempo, son muy malos para atender, hasta sangrón es diría yo. Déjame mucho que desear de otros OxxO. No me gustó, aparte no hay estacionamiento.

The facilities are fine, but what is the staff is somewhat rude. They don't even let you finish asking the question when they then grimace and respond in a rude tone.

Es bastante grande y casi siempre tienen los productos, además la parte del "Osabor" es grande en comparación a otras sucursales, en general esta bien, pero tiene algunos problemas, uno de ellos es que siempre hay mucha gente en el local y aunque la sucursal es grande, no abren todas las cajas aunque haya 15 personas formadas, además es habitual encontrarse con este tipo de filas en la sucursal, como vivo relativamente cerca de aqui, acostumbro ir a hacer mis compras ahi, y la verdad es un poco molesto encontrarse con estas filas tan largas y que haya solo una caja disponible. Otro de los grandes problemas son las bolsas, no se si esto ahora sea general en todas las sucursales, pero al menos en esta, el trabajador me comento lo siguiente "ya no damos bolsas" yo se que esto lo hacen por "la ecología" o por lo menos así lo veo yo, pero no lo veo correcto, si realmente quisieran ayudar al planeta no darían tapas para los cafés, platos de unicel en "Osabor" o popotes para las bebidas frias como "yelox" realmente no creo que sea para ayudar al planeta del todo, pero en parte lo entiendo, si uno va a comprar una o dos cosas la opción de no llevar bolsa esta bien, pero la ultima vez que compre mas de 10 artículos no me dieron bolsa, esto si lo veo mal porque en todos los oxxos a los que he ido te dan bolsa cuando llevas muchos artículos, pero en esta no, obligandote a comprar una bolsa ecológica o arreglartelas para cargar todo. Yo veo la opción de no dar bolsas como algo bueno, pero estaría bien que dieran bolsas a personas que compran muchas cosas o bien no dar bolsas, pero que tampoco den tapas, popotes, platos de unicel, etc, o que al menos cobren las bolsas de plástico, además quitar las bolsas del golpe sin anunciarlo esta aun peor, Por estos motivos mi calificación es un "no me gustó"
