★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace 3 años reporte a la cajera por sus modales ya que a 3 miembros de mi familia trato con poca o Nula educación, uno de ellos a mi papá que es persona de la tercera edad y batalla para ver. Ayer pensé que ya no iba a estar ahí, pues ya pasaron 3 años y si he escuchado malos comentarios de esa mujer supuse que ya no estaría ahí. Y vaya mala sorpresa! Sigue ahí y de nuevo me "atendió" con muy malos modos. Que pasa? Es así como OXXO quiere atender? Esa cara quiere dar? Por qué tienen en atención de servicio a alguien que NO sabe servir.....no sabe o no quiere atender? Lo reportaré cuentas veces sea necesario. En cualquier parte si no sirves para tu puesto....te corren...aquí parece que es al revés. Tono de voz, modales, carotas..lo bueno es que hay otras opciones. Si...pero cuando por tiempo o distancia uno tiene que ir ahí....pues nimodo a tener que lidiar con esa señora amargada que solo arruina el momento. Subiré fotos y videos para ver si así le da vergüenza a la mujer y a la empresa.
3 years ago I reported to the cashier for his manners since I treated 3 members of my family with little or no education, one of them my dad who is a senior citizen and struggles to see. Yesterday I thought I was not going to be there anymore, since 3 years have passed and if I have heard bad comments from that woman I assumed that I would no longer be there. And what a bad surprise! He is still there and again he "attended" me in very bad ways. What's up? Is this how OXXO wants to serve? That face wants to give? Why do you have someone who does NOT know how to serve ..... does not know or does not want to serve? I will report it accounts times as necessary. Anywhere if you do not serve for your position ... they run you ... here it seems that it is the other way around. Tone of voice, manners, faces ... the good thing is that there are other options. Yes ... but when, due to time or distance, one has to go there ... well, I am reluctant to have to deal with that bitter lady who only ruins the moment. I will upload photos and videos to see if this makes the woman and the company embarrassed.
