Pésimo servicio, majaderos y faltos de ética. Los peores vendedores. Ojalá pronto cierren esa tienda, por eso no tienen clientes. QUe cierren esa tienda o que cambien a su personal, por el bien de la compañía FEMSA. Con seguridad, las personas que ahí atienden no representan la visión de Femsa y seguramente serán despedidas.

Hoy 21 de marzo antes de las 4:00 pm, llegué a esté lugar para realizar un deposito, espere turnó, el cliente anterior a mi, igual hizo un depósito, la desatenta cajera, cuándo me tocaba mi turnó, me hizo a un lado por atender una venta, ok, uno y uno, pues no, me volvió a brincar diciendo que su venta era más importante qué realizar mi depósito, le pregunte qué si el cliente le valía madres y lo confirmó con aires de prepotencia y discriminación, así lo sentí, me dijo que podía seguir esperando... Hasta qué se le diera su gana atenderme. Porqué permiten laborar a gente sin la ética para atender al cliente?, Gerente de tienda, puede checar su cámara, su cajera estrella, hoy vestía playera rosa, pants negro y sin bata de la tienda, ojo, instituciones bancarias, a quién le confían sus servicios, con gente así no dan ganas ni de entrar a su tienda. Gracias.

No puede ser que tarden 35 minutos haciendo Corte en la caja, nos tienen formados en el sol a plena hora en la que el la temperatura es alta, personas de la 3ra edad esperando a ser atendidos, los protocolos de sana distancia excelentes, el proceder para su corte es tardado y se la pasan jugando. Bien pude haber ido a otra tienda pero no contaba con que iba a tardar 35 minutos en la fila. Cuiden al Cliente ¡¡¡¡¡¡

'Pésimo" La atención por parte de los empleados es pésima siempre carecen de cambio aunque tu compra sea razonable a el billete con el que pagás, además de que el lugar está en completo desorden faltan muchos precios está muy sucio "falta de limpieza y orden"
