Fui a comprar y al registrar mi tarjeta de puntos la cajera uso mis puntos cuando yo no sé lo pedí ya que estoy juntando puntos, pues hizo lo que se le dió la gana y los cambio, igual al registrarlos paso mi tarjeta y resulta que no se guardan mis puntos, y nunca dan solución a lo que hacen te ponen más caras.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es malísimo. El personal es grosero y muy pedante. Si pueden ir a otro Oxxo a hacer sus pendientes HAGANLO. Por qué ahí seguro te van a tener esperando mucho y te van querer restar importancia por pedir tantita amabilidad y mínimo EDUCACIÓN.
The service sucks. The staff is rude and very pedantic. If you can go to another Oxxo to do your earrings, DO IT. Why there surely they will have you waiting a lot and they will want to downplay it by asking for so much kindness and minimal EDUCATION.
