★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenas tardes, me gustaría reportar el mal, pésimo servicio que da este establecimiento, ya que desde que tiene 2 empleados nuevos es decir 2 meses aprox a esta fecha,NO nos realizan ninguna tipo de pago a tarjetas ya que argumento que NO tienen sistemas y en el OXXO que se encuentra a unas calles si tienen sistema y si por casualidad te hacen tu pago lo hacen de mala gana .
Me gustaría saber como le puedo hacer para que me atiendan para pagar mis tarjetas ya que en su pagina OXXO manifiestan que tienen ese servicio.
Quedo en espera de su respuesta.
 Good afternoon, I would like to report the bad, lousy service that this establishment provides, since since it has 2 new employees, that is, approximately 2 months from this date, we do NOT make any payment to cards since I argue that they do NOT have systems and in the OXXO that is located a few streets if they have a system and if by chance they make your payment they do so reluctantly.
I would like to know how I can do it to help me pay for my cards since on their OXXO page they say they have that service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar limpio , pero lo que pasa es la mayoría de los Oxxos la atención pésima y tiene letreros que servicio las 24 hrs. Y nunca atienden después de las 24:00 hrs.
The place is clean, but what happens is that most of the Oxxos have lousy service and have signs that they serve 24 hours a day. And they never answer after 24:00 hrs.
