Me dice pague solo los 10 pesos de la consulta le digo no x que no me contaste el servicio que querí. Entonces yo para realizar mi trámite que me urgía saque un billete de $ 500 y le dije bueno de aquí cobrate y me dice pues no tengo cambio pero de tu tarjeta te cobro los $ 10 pesos le dije no voy a pagar NADA x que no me estas haciendo el servicio. Y que se enoja saca el ticket lo arruga y lo tira y me dice ya váyase señora me empiezo a retirar y me grita para la otra preguntas antes me volteo y le digo estás mal xq tu deber es preguntar en que forma va a pagar el cliente tu sabes las políticas de tu empresa no YO. Y TE VOY A REPORTAR
