★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le doy solo una estrella porque no se puede poner menos, acabo de acudir para hacer un traspaso de oxxo a oxxo (todos los jueves por razones personales lo debo hacer) siempre depósito 430.00 y me cobran 29.90 de comisión pero hoy la que estaba en la caja me dijo que eran 500.00 en total, cuando le pedí que verificara me dijo que eso le daba el sistema (no me dejo verlo en la pantalla) la otra que estaba en la tienda se acercó a ver que pasaba y apoyo a la primera diciendo que eran 500.00 porque son 7.00 de comisión por cada 100.00 por lo cual le dije que entonces yo estaba bien y esas dos insistieron en cobrarme 500.00 que si no me parecía cancelaba la operación y me fuera a otro oxxo a hacer mi depósito.
Destaco en este hecho la mala atención que me prestaron, además de que la segunda no portaba gafete y se negó a darme su nombre completo, solo dijo que era Elizabeth, destacó también la falta de actitud al mandarme a otra tienda en lugar de tratar de resolver el problema.
CUIDADO CON SU DINERO Y CAMBIO cuando vayan a esa sucursal. (Inicio también queja en las oficinas de oxxo)
