He visto lugares que no lo prestan como el oxxo y la gente mayor se ha hecho del baño en la calle por puestos como este de aqui
Si la amabilidad y el servicio al cliente no se les da simplemente diganlo
"no queremos prestarle el baño porque no queremos simplemente"
Si oxxo no da cursos de amabilidad o servicio al cliente entonces no son tan interesantes como uno piensa
 I know they do not have the obligation but they would be so kind that they would lend the bathroom to the elderly
I have seen places that do not provide it like oxxo and older people have used the bathroom in the street for positions like this one here
If friendliness and customer service are not given just say so
"We don't want to lend you the bathroom because we just don't want to"
If oxxo does not teach kindness or customer service courses then they are not as interesting as you think
