Año con año nos hemos convertido en parte del estilo de vida de muchas personas, ya que en OXXO nos preocupamos por brindar una amplia oferta de productos y servicios que les sean útiles y prácticos para su vida diaria.
Somos la primer cadena de tiendas de formato pequeño que a lo largo de 30 años de experiencia, ha logrado satisfacer las necesidades cotidianas de nuestros clientes, con establecimientos en la República Mexicana y Colombia.
Formamos parte de FEMSA, empresa creada por mexicanos, cuyo origen se remonta a 1890. FEMSA es una empresa líder que participa en la industria de bebidas operando Coca-Cola FEMSA, el embotellador público más grande de productos Coca-Cola en el mundo; y en el sector cervecero como el segundo accionista más importante de Heineken, una de las cerveceras líderes en el mundo con presencia en más de 70 países. En comercio al detalle participa con FEMSA Comercio, operando diferentes cadenas de formato pequeño, destacando OXXO como la más grande y de mayor crecimiento en el continente Americano. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Según eso las 24 horas... pero hasta de día tienen cerrado. Atienden de mala gana como si estuvieran regalando o fiando. Deberían de quitar a la gente que atiende ahi, y entregarlo a quien en realidad quiera trabajar. El Señor vestido de negro, solo esta parado como palo y no hace su chamba.

El tipo dijo que no me iba a atender porque nunca había escuchado del servicio Finestrella, le estaba dando la referencia y dijo con una sonrisa falsa: "váyase no le voy a dar el servicio.." Ya me dijeron que se han quejado de ese tipo, por qué no lo cambian de tienda? Y además cadinuncac hay sustesi y ahora que sí habia, el tipo no se le dio la gana atenderme. Obvio fui a otro Oxxo y pase por la misma tienda y ya había cerrado. Y quiero agregar que dijo: no me importa si me reporta...Vaya tipejo! ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Creo que no hace falta decir mucho, es un oxxo con muy pesimo servicio, en las noches no te atienden ni por ventanilla y aveces esta cerrado, la limpieza es pesima, y el acomodo tambien es de lo peor como si no acomodaran nada, cuarto casi siempre le faltan muchos productos y hay que tener cudiado alguno estan caducados, creo que si se puede mejorar pero los mismo empleados creo que no dejaran que eso pase

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A este oxxo le doy 5 estrellas pero al peor oxxo del país ya que te atienden super mal siempre de mala gana nunca puedes depositar mucho menos retirar ya que nunca tienen dinero y si tienen te hacen esperar 1 hora por las noches cierran a las 8 por que según eso nunca ahí sistema pides algún producto y nunca tienen del que pides no ahy cocas Pepsi squirt jugos leche etc etc
Mejor vayan a la farmacia gdl que esta enfrente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No merece ninguna estrella pues el servicio y el tratado de Empleado a Cliente es pésimo, para todo te dicen que no hay servicio, literalmente ya no aceptan tarjetas de Banco Azteca y Scotiabank, algunos productos a la venta están caducados y sobre todas las cosas es que las cajeras siempre son desagradables.
Es un fastidio tener que caminar un recorrido para entrar a la tienda y que te digan que no hay servicio. Ya ni siquiera puedo depositar a mis tarjetas de Débito porque ya hasta las de Banco Azteca te la rechazan y eso que es un banco que abarca todo el país.
No comprendo como el gerente no se da la tarea de mínimo revisar cómo va la tienda porque valla que el lugar está tan vulnerable a un asalto que las vidas de seres inocentes peligran al 100%. Sin mencionar a los indigentes que se ponen a mendigar afuera de la sucursal pues si no les das nada te mentan la madre y eso que uno ni los toma en cuenta.
It doesn't deserve any stars because the service and the treatment from Employee to Client is terrible, for everything they tell you that there is no service, literally they no longer accept Banco Azteca and Scotiabank cards, some products for sale are expired and above all things it is that the cashiers are always unpleasant.
It sucks having to walk a walk to get into the store and being told there is no service. I can't even deposit to my Debit cards anymore because even Banco Azteca rejects them and that is a bank that covers the entire country.
I do not understand how the manager does not give himself the task of at least checking how the store is doing because the place is so vulnerable to an assault that the lives of innocent beings are 100% in danger. Not to mention the homeless who start begging outside the branch, because if you don't give them anything, they'll lie to you, and you don't even take them into account.
