★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo el servicio más de 7 personas haciendo cola en una caja, groseros los cajeros, al preguntarle porque no abren la otra caja si su política es de 3 personas haciendo cola abren otra y como me moví de la cola que me vaya de último si quiero que me cobren. Así o más groseros la cajera y su compañero. Les urge capacitación de modales a sus empleados. Primera vez que vengo a este Oxxo y muy mala experiencia y servicio.
The service is very bad, more than 7 people queuing at a box, the cashiers are rude, when they ask why they don't open the other box if their policy is 3 people queuing, they open another one and how I moved from the queue that I go last if I want that they charge me. So or more rude the cashier and her partner. Manners training is urgently needed for your employees. First time I come to this Oxxo and very bad experience and service.
