★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eres un oxxo como todos los que hay el servicio regular pero por lo regular puede realizar sus servicios el pago de tus tarjetas depósitos bancarios a sabiendas que te cobran una pequeña comisión único malo es que como todas estas tiendas tienes que hacer fila ya que de sus dos cajas siempre una está cerrada por lo menos la chica que me atendió muy amable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sé que en los Oxxos te atienden de mala gana, pero aquí se pasan, Se enojan porque no traes lo justo a pagar, te corrigen si vas a pagar un servicio (ahora ya sé que debo decir así, en ves de llegar y decir quiero hacer un pago), nunca tienen sistema, ya me ha tocado en tres ocasiones que cierran y no te dejan hacer las compras y aunque te ven afuera no salen a decirte siquiera que no hay servicio. Y aunque tú preguntes antes de formarte si si tienen sistema para hacer depósitos no te contestan y te hacer perder tu tiempo y el de ellos, mejor vayan al Oxxo que está en el pulpo sobre la Av pantitlan, ahí hasta me explicaron cuando no sabía que hacer con las recargas de Netflix

Hice un pago de publicidad atravez de Oxxo pay. Y mi dinero nunca llegó a su destino, (se perdió) hasta hoy día Oxxo no ha respondido por un tramite que ellos mismos hicieron mal.
Solo me dicen que al parecer fue mal direccionado.
Llamo al centro de atención con mi número de folio, y solo me dan largas.
Por lo pronto mis $500 se fueron a la basura.
Terrible service, very slow, poor quality.
