★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En esta sucursal (Bocamar Acapulco) el horno de microondas suele estar sucio con restos de comida en su interior; su limpieza no es muy frecuente. También la terminal en que se insertan las tarjetas de pago suele estar cochambrosa. Y en general, en todas las tiendas Oxxo deberían poner una caja exclusiva para recargas telefonicas y pago de servicios, pues tales operaciones suelen ser muy tardadas, con cargo a los compradores de mercancía.
In this branch (Bocamar Acapulco) the microwave oven is usually dirty with food remains inside; its cleaning is not very frequent. Also the terminal in which the payment cards are inserted is usually dumpy. And in general, in all Oxxo stores they should put an exclusive box for telephone recharges and payment of services, as such operations tend to be very time consuming, charged to the buyers of merchandise.
