★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiero denunciar que el pasado miércoles 30 de octubre a las 18:45 horas hice una compra en este oxxo, compré 3 artículos y me cobraron $14 de más, no me dieron recibo de compra, el jueves 31 volví a comprar los mismos 3 artículos y pedí recibo, efectivamente me cobraron esa cantidad de más el día anterior.
Me da mucha tristeza que los empleados continuen con estas prácticas en esta sucursal, lo más que había pasado era que dieran mal el cambio.
Invito a la empresa a que no permita este tipo de comportamiento si es quien da las instrucciones, lo que se consigue es tener empleados corruptos y por supuesto consumiremos lo menos posible en su tienda.
I want to report that last Wednesday, October 30 at 6:45 p.m. I made a purchase in this oxxo, I bought 3 items and they charged me $ 14 more, they didn't give me a purchase receipt, on Thursday 31 I bought the same 3 items again and I asked for a receipt, they actually charged me that extra amount the day before.
I am very sad that the employees continue with these practices in this branch, the most that had happened was that they gave the change badly.
I invite the company to not allow this type of behavior if it is who gives the instructions, what is achieved is to have corrupt employees and of course we will consume as little as possible in your store.
