★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio por parte del personal, la responsable de esta tienda siempre atiende con malos modos y ni siquiera se toma la atención de revisar si existe lo que uno pide; sin contar que nunca tienen "sistema" para cobrar con tarjeta, o realizar depósitos y/o retiros, para que promocionan servicios que no ofrecen.
Terrible service from the staff, the person in charge of this store always attends in bad manners and does not even take the care to check if there is what one asks for; not to mention that they never have a "system" to charge by card, or make deposits and / or withdrawals, to promote services that they do not offer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gustaría poder decir que mi experiencia en éste establecimiento fue buena como en tantos otros, perooo no es así, te atienden como si no fueses a pagar el producto.
Son clasistas a pesar que ellos trabajan en un oxxo, creo que podría mejorar la atención. No sé que más decir, pero si pueden evitarlo mucho mejor.
I would like to say that my experience in this establishment was good as in many others, but it is not like that, they treat you as if you were not paying for the product.
They are classists although they work in an oxxo, I think it could improve the attention. I do not know what else to say, but if you can avoid it much better.
