★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mayoría de las veces que acudo a ésta sucursal, no cuentan con sistema, ni siquiera hacen el intento, como normalmente lo hacen en las otras sucursales, simplemente llegas a caja y te dicen que no tienen sistema. Ésta situación es muy recurrente, por lo que deberían considerar el tiempo del cliente y avisar con letrero o de viva voz, que temporalmente no cuentan con servicio de depósitos, ya que además, algunas veces hay fila.
Si es urgente, cómo sucede en algunos casos, hay que desplazarse a sucursales cercanas, en las cuales, sin problema, realizan el depósito (acudo aquí en primera instancia, porque está justo frente a mi trabajo).
Entiendo que en ocasiones, la falla de sistema es generalizada, pero en ésta tienda se pasan.
Most of the times I go to this branch, they don't have a system, they don't even make the attempt, as they normally do in other branches, you just check out and they tell you they don't have a system. This situation is very recurrent, so they should consider the client's time and notify by sign or by voice that they temporarily do not have a deposit service, since there is also sometimes a line.
If it is urgent, as in some cases, you have to go to nearby branches, where, without problem, they make the deposit (I go here in the first instance, because it is right in front of my work).
I understand that sometimes, the system failure is widespread, but in this store they happen.
