Les falta más carácter para pedirle a la gente (juniors) que el cubrebocas es obligatorio en el establecimiento. The treatment is friendly but they are somewhat slow for the few products they charge. They struggle a lot with change. They lack more character to ask people (juniors) that the mask is mandatory in the establishment.

P	Peruano norteño xd on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No abren la segunda caja cuando hay mucha fila, y te exigen que te pongas el cubrebocas y los empleados ni siquiera lo usan bien o en definitiva no se lo ponen y se reúsan a cobrarte si no lo traes y a reconocer que están actuando mal, son tan malos que una vez llegue y un cliente estaba demandando la sucursal y una empleada del puro coraje estaba tratando mal a la clientela más aún de lo habitual, y una vez pague con billete de 20 pesos un refresco y me decían que no tenían cambio (algo absurdo) y la empleada se enojo conmigo como si yo tuviera la culpa, ellos incluso aveces están peleando entre mismos empleados, mi oxxo favorito (sarcasmo) xd They do not open the second box when there is a long line, and they require you to put on the mask and the employees do not even use it well or in short do not put it on and refuse to charge you if you do not bring it and to admit that they are acting badly, they are so bad that once I arrived and a client was suing the branch and an employee out of sheer courage was treating the clientele even more badly than usual, and once I paid a soda with a 20-peso bill and they told me they had no change ( something absurd) and the employee got angry with me as if I were to blame, they are even sometimes fighting between the same employees, my favorite oxxo (sarcasm) xd

Las empeladas y sobretodo la gerente tienen un trato muy despreciable, cobros bastante arbitrarios, el establecimiento en sus politicas dicta que el agua y las lechitas para cafr son cortedis y aun asi tienen EL DESCARO de cobrar 4 PESOS POR EL AGUA CALIENTE ES UN ATROPELLO, y cuando les solicitas tu ticket se niegan, el establecimiento no ha quebrado solamente por la necesidad de los pobres estudiantes que tienen que ir, ASCO DE ESTABLECIMIENTO THE WORST OXXO I HAVE SEEN IN MY LIFE!!! The employees and especially the manager have a very despicable treatment, quite arbitrary charges, the establishment in its policies dictates that the water and the little milk for coffee are courtesy and even so they have THE CHALLENGE of charging 4 PESOS FOR HOT WATER IS A VIOLATION, and when you ask them for your ticket they refuse, the establishment has not gone bankrupt only because of the need of the poor students who have to go, disgusting establishment
