Es bueno que sigan abriendo comercios en la Avenida Juárez porque facilitaran la vida de muchas personas que viven por la zona.
Espero que después instalen alguna sucursal bancaria porque si hace falta para esta colonia, ayudaría bastante.

It is good that they continue to open shops on Avenida Juárez because they will make life easier for many people who live in the area.
