★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Niegan los depósitos, y dejan esperando a gente para luego decir que no hay. Me atendieron mal y tras insistir en un retiro de efectivo de monto pequeño, chavo en turno termino desconectando el internet. Es triste ver gente sin actitud como ese cajero que no da el servicio por el cual lo contrataron y le pagan, y que produzca en dar mala imagen de Oxxo, que es una gran Empresa. Espero que no todos los turnos sean así.
They deny deposits, and leave people waiting and then say there are none. They treated me badly and after insisting on a small cash withdrawal, I ended up disconnecting the internet from the guy in turn. It is sad to see people without an attitude like that cashier who does not provide the service for which they were hired and paid, and who produces a bad image of Oxxo, which is a great Company. I hope not all shifts are like this.
