★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, los precios son más altos que en los demás oxxos, no respetan las promociones, y siempre cambian los precios porque te cobran dependiendo quien te atienda. Groseros. Por mí ni siquiera una estrella les pondría. Espero vean esto y lo mejoren. Además hay una fila larguísima y hay como cinco empleados a la vista y solo cobra uno. Y nunca sirve el sistema ni siquiera los capacitan. Qué pena que manchen la imagen de las franquicias Oxxo.

No son atentos y amables en lo absoluto! Hasta te piden que tú les pases las cosas a ellos sí están en el mostrador!!! No tienen la más mínima atención al cliente!!!

Van dos ocasiones en las que realizo una recarga Telcel y el monto reflejado es $0.00 es en el ÚNICO lugar en el que me ha sucedido , reclamo en la sucursal para reportar el problema y se comportan groseros, déspotas no me dan solución y me dicen que es directamente con Telcel. Reporte el problema a atención a cliente Oxxo esperando que a nadie más le suceda lo que a mí.
DO NOT recharge Telcel at this branch !!
