Le mostré que me había llegado la notificación del banco a mi celular y me dijo que tenía que pagar otra vez. Volví a pagar y le pregunte que si me reembolsaba el primer cargo. Me dijo que era mi problema y que hable al banco de mi tarjeta para solucionarlo.

Pedi cancelar un articulo y bueno parece que me estaba haciendo un favor, me regaño, que el precio se preguntaba antes, que el no podia cancelar que ahora que iba a hacer? un problema. Queria que a fuerza comprara el articulo con tal no cancelar. Al final si lo hizo, pero fue muy mala experiencia tratar con el. Por favor entrenen mejor a su personal.
