★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Revisen su ticket. Me cobraron cosas que yo no había puesto en la caja. Al decirles me dijeron que era de uno de los cajeron y que olvidaron borrarlo del registro de cobro, después sacaron el dinero de la caja y me lo devolvieron.
Sé que esto depende de cada cajero o cajera, pero desde mi punto de vista no fue un error, sino algo que hacen esperando que no revisemos tickets.
Check your ticket. They charged me for things that I had not put in the box. When I told them they told me it was from one of the victims and that they forgot to delete it from the collection register, then they took the money out of the box and gave it back to me.
I know that this depends on each cashier or cashier, but from my point of view it was not a mistake, but something they do hoping that we do not review tickets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde su apertura el servicio es pesimo, nunca tienen cambio, la sucursal muy sucia, personal carente de atención al cliente, con razon rotan al personal. Dudo que tengan un buen filtro interno para contratación, pero que se puede esperar, 1 de una tienda oxxo y 2 franquicia
Since its opening the service is terrible, they never have change, the branch very dirty, staff lacking in customer service, with reason they rotate the staff. I doubt they have a good internal filter for hiring, but what can you expect, 1 from an oxxo store and 2 franchises

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una tienda que queda muy bien ubicada, pero se encuentra atendida por gente perezosa que no sabe realizar bien las operaciones. Me ha tocado estar haciendo fila y ver cómo discuten con personas porque no saben cobrar infracciones o el predial. La reja de protección la.tienen cerrada en ocasiones hasta las 10:00 de la mañana y si es temprano y no desean atender se limitan a decir que aún no está abierta la tienda o que aunque esté abierta no son horas de servicio. Sugiero capacitación para ese personal para que cambien de actitud y aprendan a cobrar los servicios que ofrece la tienda.
It is a store that is very well located, but it is attended by lazy people who do not know how to carry out operations well. I have had to stand in line and see how they argue with people because they do not know how to collect infractions or property taxes. The protection gate is closed sometimes until 10:00 in the morning and if it is early and they do not want to attend, they limit themselves to saying that the store is not open yet or that although it is open, it is not service hours. I suggest training for these personnel so that they change their attitude and learn how to charge for the services offered by the store.
