★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos vendieron una botella de Don Julio 70 con el sello roto. Cuando compramos la botella, la caja estaba detrás del mostrador y el cajero tuvo que ir a la trastienda a buscar la botella. El cajero tardó unos minutos en volver. No nos dimos cuenta hasta que llegamos a casa que el sello estaba roto. Volvimos a cambiarlo por otra botella o un reembolso y nos lo negó un cajero diferente. Temíamos que la bebida fuera manipulada o incluso cambiada por otro producto. Probamos el tequila ya que no podíamos devolverlo, y para nuestras expectativas, no era Don Julio 70. Era cambiar con un tequila de baja calidad o incluso mezcal. Estoy muy decepcionado con este establecimiento. Muy vergonzoso haber recibido este tipo de trato de una tienda corporativa en un pueblo con gente honesta y trabajadora.
They sold us a bottle of Don Julio 70 with the seal broken. When we bought the bottle, the box was behind the counter and the cashier had to go to the back room to get the bottle. The cashier took a few minutes to come back. We didn't realize until we got home that the seal was broken. We went back to exchange it for another bottle or a refund and was denied by a different cashier. We were afraid that the drink would be tampered with or even exchanged for another product. We tried the tequila since we couldn't send it back, and to our expectations, it wasn't Don Julio 70. It was to exchange with a low quality tequila or even mezcal. I am very disappointed in this establishment. Very embarrassing to have received this type of treatment from a corporate store in a town with honest and hardworking people.
