★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio al cliente los pleados son mal encarados pareciese que están a la fuerza y dinero una tienda de conveniencia en la cual la visita debería ser rapida, tardas demaciado en la fila por qué los empleados están más concentrados en sus teléfonos celulares que en los clientes. Se debe de cambiar esta imagen de esta cadena de servicio y si quieren lograrlo se debería corregir esta problemática.
Poor customer service the pleado are badly faced it seems that they are by force and money a convenience store in which the visit should be quick, you take too long in line because the employees are more focused on their cell phones than on the customers . This image of this service chain must be changed and if they want to achieve it, this problem should be corrected.
