★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un oxxo muy concurrido, no se dan abasto y es una lástima para la cantidad de servicios que ofrece el local y en otros no (por ejemplo, recoger paqueteria de Amazon). El joven de la caja no posee ni una pizca de espíritu de servicio ni creo que entienda lo que esto signfica.
A very busy oxxo, they are not supplied and it is a pity for the amount of services offered by the local and in others not (for example, pick up Amazon parcels). The young man in the box does not have a hint of spirit of service nor do I think he understands what this means.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los empleados nunca tienen buena disposición para ayudar al cliente ,dejan que se acumule mucha gente en la fila para pagar ,aunque haya más empleados solo cobra uno con toda la calma del mundo y no te Resuelven tus dudas ,no hay disposición para el cliente.
Employees are never willing to help the client, they let many people accumulate in line to pay, although there are more employees, only one charges with all the calm in the world and they do not solve your doubts, there is no provision for the client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesima atención estan mensajeando y cuando se acerca uno a pagar se molestan como es posible que para pagar 26 pesos no tengan cambio de un billete de 50 ni porque toda la competencia que hay alrededor hacen elminimo esfuerzo por dar buena atención
Terrible attention they are messaging and when one approaches to pay they get annoyed as it is possible that to pay 26 pesos they do not have change for a 50 bill or because all the competition that is around makes the minimum effort to give good attention
