★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't like the way you get coffee. Now you just pour your coffee into your cup and can't decide how much cream and sugar you want to put in, besides that, you have to wait in line while you burn your hand holding the cup, 'cause you have to pay for it first before the give you the cup protector, lid, cream, sugar and stirrer. Then you have to go back to the service table to apply all. Too much hastle and they didn't give me the cream or sugar until I asked for it. Oxxo needs to shape up.
