Aztecas son atendidos por personal con muy mala actitud, son groseros y no quieren atender ya que cuando uno va a retirar dinero a veces te aceptan tu cédula profesional y otras veces no porque dicen que tienes que llevar la de elector, y entonces deberían de ser congruentes y no ser groseros
The truth is that the Oxxo that is in Mexico City, Av. Aztecas are attended by staff with a very bad attitude, they are rude and do not want to attend since when you go to withdraw money, sometimes they accept your professional license and other times they do not because they say you have to wear the voter card, and then they should be consistent and not rude

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de parte de la señora María de los angeles, trato mal a una señora de la tercera edad diciendole muy despotamente que si no traía cambio la señora le contesto que era el único billete que traía, y está le vuelve a contestar diciéndole que entonces se esperara a que tuviera el cambio. Que mal que tenga a ese tipo de personas trabajando, antipáticas y despotas muuuuuuy pésimo servicio
Terrible service from Mrs. María de los Angeles, I mistreat an elderly lady saying very despotically that if she did not bring change, the lady answered that it was the only ticket she had, and she answered her again saying that then it was waited for him to have the change. Too bad that I have that kind of people working, unfriendly and despotic, looooong service
