★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo! La señora de nombre Claudia C. Nunca quiere realizar los retiros. Siempre dice tener solo $500 y dice que no es cajero. Es una pena ya que el resto del personal trata de ser atento y pese a que vimos que realizaron un pago y podía habernos hecho el retiro, no quiso hacerlo por la cantidad que solicitámos, terminas llevando lo que la señora te quiere retirar y es la cuarta vez que nos pasa con ella.
Appalling! The lady named Claudia C. never wants to do the retreats. He always claims to have only $ 500 and says he is not a cashier. It is a shame since the rest of the staff tries to be attentive and although we saw that they made a payment and could have made the withdrawal, they did not want to do it for the amount we requested, you end up taking what the lady wants to withdraw and it is the fourth time it happens to us with her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen Oxxo el trato ha sido amable. Una vez me confundí y compré un Andati de mazapán en vez del normal y sabía como a humedal, no lo recomiendo.
Good Oxxo, the treatment has been friendly. Once I got confused and bought a marzipan Andati instead of the normal one and it tasted like a wetland, I don't recommend it.
