Do not by the OXXO sim card. Wasted my money buying one from here and couldn't set it up, even though I'm very tech savy.
Even locals I asked at my reception hotel to try help me set it up couldn't figure it out, or the shop keeper in this store who sold me the sim card to begin with. I had to buy a Telcel instead.
Cash machine: It will charge you $116 pesos for every transaction, doesn't matter how much you withdraw. I used a revolut card for reference.

Your standard OXXO store.
Has a scotiabank atm at the back right corner.
I have a bank with them and used it with no problem.
Doesn’t charge you any fees, just calculates the conversion rate for you based with the bank.
