Many times they are in a bad mood but that is already in all the oxxo's haha when they say that they do not have service in reality there is but they do not want to work in one I work my husband and he told me several secrets?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, a pesar que llegué 7 min antes de las 10 p.m. la cajera no quiso realizar su trabajo comentando que ella ya no los hacía, con un tono de voz algo prepotente. Se nota la falta de capacitación de atención al cliente.
Terrible service, even though I arrived 7 min before 10 p.m. The cashier did not want to do her work, commenting that she no longer did them, with a somewhat arrogant tone of voice. You can see the lack of customer service training.
