Es triste que pierdan clientes por el mal servicio. The employee is very rude and discourteous. One comes out almost scolded. Bad deal in the box, I hope the owners would take action on the matter. No manejan efectivo, no me explico por que. Prefiero ir al oxxo de Tuxtla, donde si tienen cambio y te atienden mejor. Ya cambió la administración. Ya están mucho mejor... Terrible service. They never have change. And they serve reluctantly. ATMs require you to pay with a card or they will not sell you. They don't handle cash, I can't explain why. I prefer to go to the oxxo in Tuxtla, where if they have change and they serve you better. The administration has already changed. They are already much better ...
