★ ★ ★ ★ ★ cambiaron de personal y la señora que atiende es demasiado grosera, atiende de una manera pésima y el oxxo (desde que cambiaron de personal) está siempre en muy mal estado, sucio y desordenado.
They changed personnel and the lady who attends is too rude, she attends in a terrible way and the oxxo (since they changed personnel) is always in a very bad state, dirty and messy.
