Ya que fui a canjear un cupón y como no pasó, le pedí de favor si lo podía checar nuevamente a lo que ella me respondió: ¿Si lo reviso nuevamente y no pasa, ya me lo vas a pagar?
La señora fue muy grosera, ya que está ofreciendo un servicio al cliente y en lugar de cuestionar puede ofrecer alternativas.
Very unfriendly staff, especially the lady who is in Chinese hair box.
Since I went to exchange a coupon and since it did not happen, I asked if I could please check it again to which she replied: If I check it again and it does not pass, are you going to pay me?
The lady was very rude as she is offering customer service and instead of questioning she can offer alternatives.
