★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servico lo cierran muy temprano aparte siempre esta saturada la caja y el típico sistema fallando y no hay efectivo para hacer algun retiro.
Bad service, they close it very early, apart from that the cash register is always saturated and the typical system failing and there is no cash to make any withdrawal.

Excellent service which makes it interesting because they always have a lot of people and the bad or good thing is that they close their doors early because I understand that it is for business security but still excellent service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A decir verdad la zona es insegura así que tomando en cuenta, hay que entender por que cierran tan temprano para bajar la frecuencia de robar y el sistema es igual, es algo demasiado común en Oxxo fuera de ello, el servicio lo considero bueno pero no el mejor. En Conclusión es un buen Oxxo
To tell the truth, the area is unsafe so taking into account, you have to understand why they close so early to lower the frequency of robbing and the system is the same, it is something too common in Oxxo outside of that, I consider the service good but not the best. In conclusion it is a good Oxxo

FUI A COBRAR UN DEPOSITO HICE FILA 15 MINUTOS Y CUANDO POR FIN INGRESO QUE NO TENIAN DINERO SIENDO QUE ESTABAN CONTANDOLO TRES EMPLEADOS QUE ESTABAN HACIENDO CORTE TODOS AL MISMO TIEMPO? LA ENCARGADA NO SIRVE DE NADA SOLO SE QUEDA CALLADA AFUERA YA ESTA UNA LARGA FILA DEBERIAN PONER UN LETRERO QUE NO HAY DINERO Y SI VAS A PAGAR TU TARJETA TAMPOCO NO HAY LINEA SEGUN ELLOS POR QUE VAS A OTRO OXXO Y SI HAY . HACEN ESPERAR A LA GENTE EN VANO.
AWFUL SERVICE YOU CANNOT ENTER THE STORE DURING NORMAL HOURS THERE IS A GUARDIAN AND DOES NOT ALLOW ACCESS FOR A MAXIMUM OF TWO PEOPLE YOU HAVE TO STAND IN A LINE. I WENT TO COLLECT A DEPOSIT, I WAS IN A LINE FOR 15 MINUTES AND WHEN I FINALLY ENTERED THEY DID NOT HAVE MONEY BECAUSE THREE EMPLOYEES WERE COUNTING IT AND THEY WERE ALL CUTTING AT THE SAME TIME? THE MANAGER DOESN'T USE ANYTHING SHE JUST KEEPS QUIET OUTSIDE THERE IS ALREADY A LONG LINE THEY SHOULD PUT A SIGN THAT THERE IS NO MONEY AND IF YOU ARE GOING TO PAY YOUR CARD THERE IS NO LINE EITHER ACCORDING TO THEM BECAUSE YOU GO TO ANOTHER OXXO AND YES THERE IS. THEY MAKE PEOPLE WAIT IN VAIN.
