Somos la primer cadena de tiendas de formato pequeño que a lo largo de 30 años de experiencia, ha logrado satisfacer las necesidades cotidianas de nuestros clientes, con establecimientos en la República Mexicana y Colombia.
Formamos parte de FEMSA, empresa creada por mexicanos, cuyo origen se remonta a 1890. FEMSA es una empresa líder que participa en la industria de bebidas operando Coca-Cola FEMSA, el embotellador público más grande de productos Coca-Cola en el mundo; y en el sector cervecero como el segundo accionista más importante de Heineken, una de las cerveceras líderes en el mundo con presencia en más de 70 países. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, hay unas chicas que jamás atienden y son sumamente groseras en especial una que se llama blanca, deberían de cambiarlas porque siempre tienen problemas con la demás gente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio te tienen esperando afuera, y al pasar te dicen que a qué vas? Por qué no hay sistema o internet y la señorita es grosera. Por si fuera poco tuve que ir a 2 Oxxos más y tampoco me pudieron atender y el personal que atiende de mala gana. Y en tono altanero te atienden y te dice que esperes 5 minutos más para volver a intentar. Es pésimo servicio.
Terrible service they have you waiting outside, and when they pass they tell you what are you going for? Why is there no system or internet and the lady is rude. As if that weren't enough, I had to go to 2 more Oxxos and they couldn't help me and the staff who serve me reluctantly. And in a haughty tone they attend you and tell you to wait 5 more minutes to try again. It is lousy service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a realizar un depósito, la cajera "blanca" me atendió y resulta que faltaban 500 pesos cuando los conté muchas veces antes, y estaba muy segura de la cantidad que traía, al reclamarle solo se hizo como que no sabía nada y súper grosera. Me dio más vergüenza a mi tener que reclamar que a ella haberme robado.
I went to make a deposit, the "white" cashier attended to me and it turns out that 500 pesos were missing when I counted them many times before, and I was very sure of the amount that she brought, when I asked her, she only pretended that she knew nothing and was super rude. It made me more ashamed to have to claim that she stole from me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio ? primero me dicen que mi billete es falso después que lo cambie no hay sistema ?y que mi tarjeta no pasaba para el pago y que casualidad fui a otro oxxo y si me aceptaron el billete y sistema aparte la señora y chica que están en ese oxxo son muy groseras no es la primera vez que sucede eso
Terrible service ? first they tell me that my ticket is false after I change it there is no system ? and that my card did not pass for payment and what a coincidence I went to another oxxo and if they accepted the ticket and system apart from the lady and the girl who are in that oxxo they are very rude, it is not the first time that happens

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio que digo pésimo ,deberían hacer mejor sus entrevistas y capacitar bien a la gente se les olvida que están para dar atención ,no saben ni cobrar .Aparte los empleados son mal educados y groseros y se ponen al tu por tu con los clientes .si pueden evitar ir a este Oxxo mejor se van a evitar de un mal rato .
Terrible service that I say terrible, they should do their interviews better and train people well, they forget that they are there to give attention, they do not know or charge. Besides, the employees are badly educated and rude and they go to you for you with the clients. If they can avoid going to this Oxxo, the better they will avoid a bad time.
