★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una construcción que no cumple ni respeta los derechos de las personas con discapacidad debido a que no se implementó desde sus inicios la reglamentación que por ley corresponde para la accesibilidad de persona con movilidad reducida y personas de la tercera edad. El gobierno ha hecho caso omiso a las peticiones para este asunto. La rampa construida no cumple con las normas oficiales internacionales y mucho menos es funcional. Hace falta aplicar la ley para solucionar este problema.
It is a construction that does not comply with or respect the rights of people with disabilities because the regulations that by law for the accessibility of people with reduced mobility and the elderly were not implemented since its inception. The government has ignored requests for this matter. The built ramp does not comply with official international standards, much less is it functional. It is necessary to apply the law to solve this problem.
